Piggy in the middle???
My son wants to know why the game; where two people throw the ball to one another and the person in the middle has to try catch it is called "piggy in the middle", I have no idea, please help!
In the late 1940's my mother told me that there were two pigs throwing their food around, the piggy in the middle was so hungry that it tried to catch some. If that is true or not I don't know, but as a kid I beleived it to be so.
