How to Unlock My Piggy Bank?

Ok i have this small piggy bank. It requires a key to get it open. Its one of those small cheap keys that comes with childrens diarys and such. I have been looking everywhere for a new key but cannot find one. I dont want to break the lock because the bank means a lot to me. Is there any other way i can get it open? Ive tired but cant figure it out.

usually those small cheap child keys are pretty easy to open, just find a paper clip or anything that will fit in there and work at it. If its one of those little padlock things sometimes they will open if you pull hard enough.
Also if this fails go to she store and find where they sell those little diarys with the keys. I think probably toys r us or some office supply store may have them.
