Can I get some help with a guy problem?
I need to know how to get over this guy. He is the closest thing to my "soulmate" that I've ever met, and he keeps trying to get close with me, but he is GAY. He wants to be best friends, but I like him too much for that to ever possibly work. And I keep letting myself get close to him, before I remember that I don't stand a chance with him. Like, my language class went outside for a kickball game(my professor thinks we're 12 or something) and I was wearing slippers and it was raining, so her offered to give me a piggy back ride, since I was out with barefeet. I said sure, then I remembered he was gay.
How do I get rid of him without losing a potentially great best friend? And if I can't keep him as a friend, I don't care! Just whatever I can do to get over him.
After all is said and done a gay guy is just another girlfriend....treat him that way. Don't be too touchy feely though or a potential suitor may think you are already taken.
