a few weeks ago he told one of my friends he did and i didn't like him at the time. now i do but idk if he still likes me...we talk and joke alot, we hug alot and he asked me for a piggy back ride[or w/e], he sits by me whenever he gets the chance and gets like an inch away from my face sometimes, and we share ipod headphones and stuff, and just the way he acts around me it really seems like he does and my friends think so too. but idk for sure. one of my BEST BEST friends asked him and he said he didn't but my friend thinks maybe cuz he knew she'd tell me or whatever.
It sounds like he likes you. He sounds kind of like how I was when I met my current girlfriend for 2 years. When I met her me and her were best friends and after a while of being friends I actually caught feelings for her and she caught feelings for me, but neither of us ever approached the other about it because we both feared that if something went wrong that it would end our friendship. Well eventually I worked up the courage to ask her and we've been together ever since. I think this may be a reason that maybe this hook up hasn't happened yet for you. Maybe you really just need to have a good talk with him and see where both your feelings lay. It may just be the thought of losing you as a friend that is holding him back.
