Bath time for Baby Piggy?

Well, we took Edmund to an old friend of my mums who happens to be a retired vet who specializes in pocket pets such as Guinea Pigs. No mites! Yay! We called the pet store again, and the lady who showed me Ed in the first place said that he had gotten into a fight with the albino male in his pen. We've been treated him (the dry scabs) with some back balm and it has been working and even the hair is starting to grow back. However, the bag balm is starting the make his fur gunk up so I think a bath is in order. But how soon?

i have 5 pigs and you want to use a mild baby soap to wash them and make sure that the water is luke warm to the touch not any hotter than that and dont get the soap near there eyes it can hurt them
